We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance our internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our brand voice is consistent across all platforms and that our messaging effectively supports our business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent writing abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and press releases.
Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Coordinate communication strategies with internal departments to align with company goals.
Assist in planning and executing events, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor and track communication efforts, providing regular reports to management.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a communications or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
