We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal and external communication strategies that strengthen our brand and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller, skilled in both written and verbal communication, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication plans to support company initiatives and campaigns.
Write, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Manage media relations and respond to press inquiries.
Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to improve strategies.
Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand voice and guidelines.
Support event planning and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with media relations and communication strategy development.
