We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and branding initiatives. In this role, you will assist in managing media relations, preparing press materials, and coordinating public outreach activities. You will work closely with the PR team to ensure our brand message is effectively communicated to the public, stakeholders, and media outlets.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and other public communication materials.
Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events.
Maintain and update media contact databases.
Monitor news coverage and prepare media reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
Assist with responding to media inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
