The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage events from start to finish, including logistics, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event elements are aligned.

• Develop event concepts, themes, and layouts that align with client goals and brand identity.

• Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, operations, and breakdown.

• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

• Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports for improvements.

• Handle unforeseen issues and provide quick, effective solutions during events.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event planning software is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
