We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role will focus on supporting leadership programs, facilitating training initiatives, and contributing to strategies that enhance professional growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and implementation of leadership development programs.

  • Conduct research to identify trends, best practices, and innovative leadership strategies.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify leadership needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.

  • Support communication efforts to promote leadership initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in leadership training, learning & development, or a related area.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
