We are seeking a motivated and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development initiatives, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance organizational growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and facilitation of leadership development programs and workshops
Conduct research to identify leadership trends, best practices, and training methodologies
Collaborate with management to align programs with organizational goals
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, suggesting improvements as needed
Support mentorship and coaching initiatives for emerging leaders
Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and materials preparation
Maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
