PROGRAM OPERATION INTERN

Duties & Responsibilities

 

The Program Operations Intern handles the daily operations of the OTT platform, ensuring smooth content delivery, platform performance, and collaboration with teams to improve user experience and service quality.

• VOD Programming for all channels according to VOD rights contents
• VOD contents Metadata Contents Inventory Planning & Archiving
• Collecting and Coordinating for Posters
• Watching Contents for Best Extract Videos. 
• Coordination with IT, Editorial, Material, Marketing and Commercial for Contents/ Campaigns/Contents on timeline and executions. 
• Prepare Highlight & Presentation of 3rd Party Channel monthly basis.
• OTT operational for Sport.

Qualifications

• Standard language requirement: English
• Proficiency level: 4_Advanced professional proficiency.
• Understanding of streaming technologies, digital media workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in complex data.
