Are you ready to be our IT superhero? As our IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to tech wizard for all things computer-related! Get ready to:

• Be the IT Avenger! Swoop in to save the day by tackling support requests via phone, email, or in-person. Your trusty sidekick? Our ticketing system, where you'll log adventures and track down pesky tech villains.
• Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes! Use your detective skills to perform remote troubleshooting. Ask the right questions, follow the clues, and solve the mystery of malfunctioning machines.
• Become the Master of Workstation Wizardry! Set up and take down workstations like a pro, wielding your magic wand (aka mouse) to install, configure, secure, and update Windows OS and related applications.
• Be the Jedi Master of Tech! Guide users through the ways of new software and computer equipment. May the force of user-friendliness be with you!
• Orchestrate the Great Tech Symphony! Coordinate system upgrades and maintenance like a maestro, ensuring our tech orchestra plays in perfect harmony with minimal workflow disruptions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and proven experience as a help desk technician or other computer support role.  Two years experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting, Windows 10 OPS, Microsoft server, Office products, Microsoft 365 Suite, Group Policy, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Windows update.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
• Valid driver's license and in good standing.
