Video Editor - YouTube

About the Role

We're looking for a YouTube Editor who can produce high-quality, educational talking-head videos.

This is a remote full-time position with a base salary plus bonus based on video performance. Example video titles you'd be editing include:

• What is Procurement? (Supply Chain for Beginners)

• FASTEST Way to Learn Supply Chain and ACTUALLY Get a Job

• How to get your first AutoCAD Drafting job in 2025 (Starting From Zero)

Most videos will be 7-15 minutes long with a single camera angle and scene.

Our goal is to post over 100 YouTube Videos across 10-15 channels per month. If you're successful in this position, there could be an opportunity for a fast promotion to an editing team lead role where you're in charge of hiring and managing other editors.

What You'll Need

• You must have past experience editing talking-head educational YouTube videos that have gotten 100k+ views.

• Experience editing in high-volume (3-5 videos per week)

Compensation

• Base salary of $40,000 per year

• Monthly Bonus: 5% of revenue from videos edited. This will likely be significantly more than the base salary.
