Job Description
Church & Dwight is looking for a passionate and talented Coordinator to join our established Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function. We manage the holistic full-funnel digital strategy and deployment to impact consumers across all points of the digital journey. This role specifically focuses on managing the vibrant social communities and influencer marketing across leading brands like vitafusion, Zicam and L’il Critters. The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for content strategy, content creation, daily posting, monitoring, and engaging with our community. This role will be expected to achieve high growth for social platform followings and engagement, providing in-depth, analytical, monthly reports on KPIs.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo social content. Social communities include Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube and Pinterest
Respond to comments and consumer queries on assigned social communities within a 24-hour response time. Elevate comments and consumer queries as necessary.
When appropriate, select contest winners, gather winner’s information, and provide product fulfillment.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
Leverage content management tools to measure social performance.
Package and ship product mailers to influencers and key agency partners.
Write influencer campaign briefs to obtain engaging social content.
Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends bring outside thinking in the organization.
Schedule content and copy in social media management system.
Manage product fulfillment and audit influencer content.
Perform task assigned for digital marketing campaigns.
Collect data for campaigns performance analysis and reporting.

Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
2-4 years related experience in Marketing or Social Media
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Ability to do in-house editing of social & video content is a plus
Understand that social media is 24/7 and may require monitoring the community on off hours; willing to work after hours or on weekends to support events

Skills and Competencies
Tech Skill
Deep knowledge of creative best practices both in emerging and well-established social channels
A proven track record of creating effective videos and content for organic and paid social media --- the ability to write, produce, shoot and edit using graphic tools (Photoshop, Canva).
Utilize data, research, experience, and intuition to understand a brand’s social audience, and best practices in social media and content creation.
A deep understanding of high-quality content and how it can translate to video/photo, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
Leadership Skill
A passion for social media trends, culture, and content
Share recommendations with internal teams & external partners.
Manage and deliver multiple projects on timelines and with quality output.
