What You’ll Do 🎯

Own and execute the R&D squad roadmap, aligned with business goals and driven by rapid testing and data-based decisions.
Solve complex product challenges to boost monetisation, engagement, and retention.
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration with embedded engineers and designers.
Use advanced data tools (Amplitude, Hex, Looker) to guide strategy, improve processes, and drive company-wide insights.
Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and execution on high-impact projects.
