Job Responsibilities
Customer Profiling and Segmentation
- Support sales team in managing customer and sales team master data
- Build up and continuously optimize customer classification & potential modeling
- Calculate customer segmentation & MCCP to meet global & local business criteria
Sales Target Allocation
- Build sales target allocation simulation/proposal aligned with BUs
- Allocate annual/monthly target to field force based on performance and potential metrics to fit business strategy
- Accommodate comprehensive data analysis and reporting, incl. identifying opportunities and improvements;
Performance Analysis and KPI Tracking
- Carry out ongoing evaluation of sales force effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including territory alignment, Sales Force Optimization (SFO) projects and KPI target setting.
- Conduct analysis on Sales performance and SFE KPI to review and monitor overall field force performance and incentive effectiveness 
- Support review sessions with BUs to discuss key findings and potential improvements
Support head of SFE on Project management
- Manage projects of interest for the sales team and/or the Department
Global interaction and collaboration. Actively request guidance on new projects and strategies, if necessary

Required Capabilities
- 2 years' experience in SFE
- Self-motivated, creative
- Strong analytical skills
- Results-oriented Motivation
- Project Management 
- Attention to detail and quality focused
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Good judgment in evaluating benefits and risks and providing sound recommendations
- Language: Fluency in oral and written English; further language skills would be an asset
