Capital.com is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional HR Business Partner (HR BP) to support our fast-growing operations across Poland and the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This key regional role is instrumental in aligning people initiatives with business goals while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and client-centric culture.
As the HR BP for Poland/CEE, you will act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, delivering impactful HR strategies, supporting organizational growth, and driving key initiatives across talent acquisition, development, engagement, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with the Global People team and other regional HR leaders to localize and operationalize global HR strategies while ensuring alignment with regional needs, legal frameworks, and cultural nuances.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of local and international HR practices, capable of both strategic thinking and operational execution in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Business Partnership
  • Act as the primary HR partner to regional business leaders, supporting strategic goals with tailored people solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to localize and implement HR strategies aligned with Capital.com’s global business direction.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives across Poland and the CEE region.
  • Talent Development & Performance
  • Drive onboarding and integration programs that ensure rapid productivity and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with managers to develop performance management practices that promote accountability, feedback, and growth.
  • Identify and facilitate regional learning and development opportunities that strengthen leadership pipelines and upskill teams.
  • Employee Relations & Culture
  • Serve as the go-to expert on employment relations, advising on sensitive matters with fairness, discretion, and alignment to local labor law.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys, translating feedback into actionable improvement plans.
  • Foster a positive work environment rooted in Capital.com’s values of curiosity, flexibility, creativity, and connectedness.
  • Operational HR Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company policies across all regional locations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and processes for the CEE region, ensuring consistency with global practices.
  • Support HR data integrity and reporting to track regional HR metrics and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration
  • Contribute to the global HR community by sharing regional insights, participating in global HR projects, and adopting best practices.
  • Partner with talent acquisition, reward, and operations teams to deliver cohesive people support in the region.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR BP or similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Polish labor law; familiarity with CEE markets is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in high-growth, matrixed or tech-driven environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, change management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
