In this role, you’ll be the hero of someone’s bad day. As the friendly face of Club Assist, you’ll provide roadside assistance, including the sale and installation of batteries to members and customers of local auto clubs, in a timely, efficient and friendly manner; to assist in the overall achievement of service delivery and in particular, response times.

What we're looking for:Self starter with a can-do attitudeQualified mechanic/automotive electrician, with a Motor Vehicle Trade Certificate.Current unrestricted NT Driver’s LicenceCustomer service skills and the ability to build customer relationshipsBattery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry knowledge, not mandatory but desirableAvailable for weekend or evening workYou’re reliable, organised and punctual, and have great attention to detailCommitted to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards
What you'll do:Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside, and sell and install batteries, as required.Provide trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customersDeliver and promote our services, efficiently and professionallyAccount for all stock movements on a daily basis.Ensure our policies and processes, including ensuring your financial and administrative records are kept up to dateMaintain cleanliness and working order of all Roadside Assistance company vehicles and facilities, tools, equipment and report any faults or damage
