You’ll be the go-to person for internal sales operations, helping our team stay focused, organised, and ready to win. From streamlining admin to generating reports and contracts, your work will directly contribute to our mission to grow and retain our SMB client base.

 

Your Responsibility

· Sales Team Support: Provide essential day-to-day support to the sales and account management teams, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

· Report Running & Insights: Generate and manage reports that help the team and our clients make data-driven decisions.

· Contract & Paperwork Management: Create, track, and organise contracts and sales documentation with precision.

· Process Optimisation: Help refine internal workflows and ensure smooth operations across CRM, renewals, and onboarding.

· Knowledge Sharing: Maintain and distribute best practice materials to support consistent internal communication.

· Team Culture: Contribute to a vibrant, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.

 

About you

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· A proactive, self-starting attitude with a love for structure and efficiency

· Experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles

· Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data handling

· A team-first mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

 

Bonus Points: You will stand out if you have

· Experience in FMCG or retail sectors

· Understanding of data, insights, or category marketing

· Appreciation of NielsenIQ or similar data platforms
