About the location:

About the role
The Spa Coordinator proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling.

What you will do

To greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa.
To arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests.
To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and comfort.
To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies, procedures, and standards.

What you bring

A passion for the health and wellness industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
High grooming standards and a professional demeanour.
6 months and upwards of work experience in a hotel or spa, preferably within the high-end/luxury market.
Proactive attitude, punctuality, and a genuine, welcoming smile.
Ability to push and lift up to 75lbs (including the movement of clean and used linen carts to and from laundry areas).
Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
Additional language a definite asset for career growth

Schedule & Hours:

The ideal candidate will have an open work schedule and able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
