What you'll do:

• AServiceNowDeveloperwithproventhoughtknowledge in technical implementations, development of best practices.

• ExpertiseinplayinganDeveloperroleinthedeliveryofServiceNowImplementationprojectsanddriving strategic transformational change of ITIL solution deployments.

• Responsibleforthearchitecturedesignandtodriveimplementation/integrationofthe ServiceNow product and Integration with other systems.

• Abletosocializeideas,makerecommendations,and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions.

• Excellentatcommunicatingtechnicalproblemsandsolutionstobothtechnicalandnon-technical audiences.

• Analyticalmindwithevaluativeandproblem-solvingabilities,abletodefinetechnicalsolutions aligned with client’s business problems at an architectural and design level of detail.

• Abletoeffectivelyundertakechallengesandhaveexperienceinleadingaprojectandteamsina complex environment.

• Abletopresentbusinesscases,strategiesandsolutions.

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNowDeveloperplaysamajorroleinthedeliveryofServiceNowImplementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of ITIL solution deployment.

• Responsiblefortheimplementation/integrationoftheServiceNowproduct and Integration with other systems.

• Responsiblefortheoveralldevelopment,design,implementationandintegrityoftheServiceNow application within the enterpriseensuringthatthesolutiondeliveredtobusinessunitsareengineeredin accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

• EnsuringSolutionArchitectAnalysis,DesignandPlanningontheServiceNowDevelopment activities.

• Analyzeandtranslatebusinessinformationandtechnicalrequirementsintoanarchitectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives.

• Participateinrequirementgatheringphasewithrequestsandprovideinputsonthe requirements.

• Developend-to-endServiceNowimplementations,migrations,andtransformation projects.

• Ensuretheinstancehealthbyworkingwiththeengagementteamtoreducetechnicaldebtand align to ServiceNow leading practices.

• BuildandprovideExpertsolutionsforbestdevelopmentrelatedtoServiceNowscriptingand administration. Ability to design reusable frameworks for the ServiceNow Team.

• ReviewsolutionsforcomplexintegrationskeepingSecurityadherence intact for compliance needs of customers.

• EnsurevisibilityofallupdatesandchangesrelatedtoServiceNowProductsarereviewedand shared amongst the ServiceNow Developer community.

• Effectivelymanagingkeystakeholdersbothinternally withinIT/Secandexternallywithother Business units.

Skills you'll need:

• 3 to 6 yearsofexperienceinowningServiceNowDevelopment(coding,testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application.

• Minimum3fullServiceNowimplementationsactingasa Developer.

• ExtensiveexperiencewithtechnicalsolutiondesignandimplementingSaaSandPaaSsolutions, with specific Cloud implementation knowledge in architecting solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementations.

• Experienceindesigningarchitecture&WorkingknowledgeofallServiceNow/ITILmodules (including but not limited to ITSM Pro, HAM, ITOM, Orchestration).

• UnderstandingofthekeytechnologiesrelevanttotheServiceNowintegrationsolutionsincluding: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON etc.

• ServiceNowCertificationsnicetohave:CertifiedServiceNowSystemAdministratorandCAD.

• UnderstandingofthekeytechnologiesrelevanttotheServiceNowintegrationsolutions including Integration Hub, REST, Service Graph Connectors, Web Services, etc.

• Workingknowledgeofconfigurationmanagementtools,methodsandprocesses

• Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,includingpolishedpresentationskillswiththe ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.

• Provideexcellentcustomerservice,communication,problemsolvingand decision- making skills.

• Demonstratestrongprioritization,timemanagementandorganizationalskills.

The following skills will be considered plus

• ExpertiseinscriptingontheServiceNowplatformusingJavaScript,Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages.
