Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Performance & Compliance: Manage day-to-day supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal business units to facilitate smooth procurement processes.

  • Purchase Order Management: Efficiently manage Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

  • Negotiation: Conduct negotiations for ad-hoc contracts and smaller-scale procurement requirements.

  • Problem Solving & Support: Actively identify challenges and propose solutions to optimize procurement activities, providing value-add support to the Procurement Manager.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively and clearly with internal stakeholders regarding their procurement needs and status updates.

  • Process Improvement Support: Assist in the implementation and adherence to streamlined group procurement practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of solid experience in procurement and sourcing.

  • Demonstrated negotiation and account management skills.

  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze information and contribute to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
