Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the licensed Benefits Advisors in preparing plan analysis to seek new clients and to retain existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Learn healthcare terminology and underwriting process
Spreadsheet data for analysis
Analyze utilization reporting
Create spreadsheet budget projections for consultant review and input
Create and maintain spreadsheets to show benefit options for comparison
Assist Account Consultants in creating executive level summaries

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Proficient Analytical skills
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, responsive and self-motivated
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a faced past work environment
Exceptional math skills
Must be a team player and task oriented
Pleasant and positive attitude

Education and Experience:

Must possess college degree or minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Benefit insurance
Must possess NJ Life & Health license, or be willing to obtain

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
