Role Overview
We're seeking a Director level team member for our Irvine, California office to support construction dispute resolution and advisory projects. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of relevant experience to support our growing practice.

Responsibilities:
Analyze project schedule delays, cost overruns, and productivity issues
Develop computer models using various software packages, including Primavera
Research and analyze project cost records and financial statements
Prepare client communications and coordinate with senior team members
Ensure quality control of deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of construction and engineering disputes experience
Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred
Expert in MS Office suite
Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner
Background in damages analysis and contractual disputes
Excellent analytical and communication skills
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, or New York, Ankura is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the said markets and takes into account a broad range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Ankura, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range is between $65,000 to $155,000; this range is not a promise of a particular wage.
