About The Role
In line with our strategy of becoming a more data centric organisation, we are excited to be recruiting for this newly created position in the Aftermarket function of our business we call Peace of Mind (PoM).
You will work closely with the Head of Peace of Mind ANZ and the leadership team to identify, develop and manage the financial and operating reporting tools that support the execution of the overall ANZ Peace of Mind plan.
Your role will also see you analyzing and monitoring internal processes and implementing changes to improve operational efficiency. This will include leading the management of the order book, supporting advancements in our pricing framework, supporting our demand planning process and ad hoc analytical reporting as required. You will be required to work with internal stakeholders from supply chain, finance and IT to help drive the strategy.
What You’ll Do
Your everyday work duties can vary considerably; however, the below activities will form your key responsibilities;
General reporting and analysis
Design and develop the tools required to support daily management of the PoM BU through the development of PowerBI Dashboards tracking operational, financial and CX performance daily / monthly as available.
Become the SME of the PoM datasets available including from SAP, Instaedge, and PowerBI
Act as a champion for data and analytics for the entire PoM group
Prepare the business insights required for internal reporting, management meetings and customer meetings.
Conduct quantitative analysis on the business’ performance and provide guidance to drive incremental sales opportunities and overall performance outcomes
Actively engage in providing insights and driving outcomes in reducing overall costs to the business
Support the PoM leadership team in developing tools to identify repair / quality trends, cost over-runs or transactional issues to minimize impact and exposure
Sales Support
Conduct quantitative sales analysis on the business’ performance and provide guidance to drive incremental sales opportunities.
Recommend promotions or actions to take in underperforming customers or product categories.
Support the business through sales driving and marketing business cases.
In conjunction with the sales team, develop a ground-up approach to budgeting and forecasting sales by product category, channel and key customers.
Work with supply chain to ensure stock coverage is adequate to support customer demand, both at a national and state level.
Run sales order exception reports and take corrective actions to ensure orders flow as expected.
Backorder reporting – analyse the impact of backorders and help identify ways to mitigate their impact including working with supply chain on updating ETAs.
Prepare and set pricing for new products in conjunction with the product and finance team
Maintain and update price lists as required.
Who You Are
Substantial experience in Commercial / Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or a similar data analytics role at a senior level.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related business discipline preferable.

Technical Competencies
Current experience working with Power BI and SAP systems is essential.
Ability to design and develop Power BI dashboards to track operational, financial, and customer experience performance.
Strong understanding of datasets from SAP and Power BI, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert.
Skilled in preparing business insights for internal reporting, management meetings, and customer presentations.
Experience in conducting quantitative analysis to identify sales opportunities and performance improvements.
Capability to support pricing strategy, demand planning, and order book management.
Experience in maintaining and updating pricing frameworks and product price lists.
