About The Role:

Looking to gain valuable experience in procurement and finance? As a PTP Intern, you’ll assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Electrolux policies. You’ll also help resolve discrepancies, maintain supplier records, and support the team with reporting, all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This internship is 3-months-long, part-time (20 hours per week), paid 28 PLN/hour.

What You'Ll Do:

You will be supporting the smooth operations of our Accounts Payable (PTP) activities. You will be preparing basic reports, as well as learning to use our JDE and/or SAP system. With an excellent eye for detail, willingness to learn and positive attitude, we are convinced that you will be a great addition to our team.  

In Detail, You Will Be:

• Processing efficiently PTP incoming documents  
• Resolving PTP processing related issues 
• Responding to customers' inquiries in a timely manner 
• Assisting with monthly closing activities 
• Actively supporting other PTP processes when required 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate of Finance/Accounting or a related area 

• Fluency In English

• Practical knowledge of MS Office applications 
• Experience in accounting would be an asset 

• Analytical Skills

• Detail-oriented, self-reliant, communicative & helpful team player 
• Availability to work 20 hours per week

You will be based in Krakow in a modern office with colleagues dedicated to Accounting & Finance, central HR and IT services across Europe.
