Your opportunity
Support the successful delivery of the Client Management Transformation Salesforce project within the Community and Mission business unit. As the Business Analyst, you will provide expert analysis and documentation to ensure solutions are aligned to business needs, industry best practices, and current Salesforce trends.
Your work will help drive operational efficiency, improve client outcomes, and enable effective decision-making across the organisation. This is an initial 12- Month fixed term position.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Lead business requirements gathering and analysis across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project outcomes and stakeholder needs.
Engage with business, digital, and technology teams to capture, analyse, and document requirements, framed around benefits, capabilities, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation including business processes, solution designs, technical/functional specifications, and flowcharts to support delivery.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with ITIL and relevant standards.
Map business and technical processes to inform solution design and ensure stakeholder clarity.
Support continuous improvement by reviewing and refining documentation and training materials to enhance solution adoption.
Perform data analysis to support technology and integration solution design and delivery.
Support testing by collaborating with testers and preparing required documentation such as test cases and scripts.
Assist in change management and operational transition, including training plans, user guides, and coaching in collaboration with Change Managers.
Collaborate with technology and third-party experts on solution discovery, design, and implementation.
Contribute to project tracking and reporting by working with Project Managers on progress, risks, and issues.
Support user readiness and adoption to maximise business value post go-live.

Qualifications and Experience
3 years’ experience working as a business and systems analysis in business and IT projects with a proven record in successful solution delivery.
2 years’ experience on Salesforce projects as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
Salesforce Certified Administrator is an advantage
Experience in system implementation including data migration, testing, training, reporting and integration.
Experience in community care, aged care or not-for-profit industry is a preference.
