• Develops the agile teams way of working across Empowerment, Transparency, Collaboration and Discipline

• Cares deeply about the teams and supporting their growth and evolution into high performing units

• Coach and support their Agile team members to grow and succeed

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional skills: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management

• Role models the agile mindset

• Encourages the agile team to self-organize and self-manage

• Helps other team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner

• Facilitates the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team

• Engage with the PO to encourage and empower the agile team

• Engages with the Agile Coach and RTE to drive the OVS forward

Personal and social skills:

• Communication, Problem solving, Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, Empathy & relationship management, Coaching

• Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)

• Fluent English is a must and good German language skills a plus
