Job Summary
The Sr. Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing the day to day administrative duties of a specific operation to include the financial, customer service, training, and operational activity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years previous advanced administration experience required
- Minimum 3 years payroll database experience
- Advanced data entry skill required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with advanced Word and Excel skills required
- Good mathematical skills required
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and verbal skills
- Advanced written skills to include creation of letters, memos, office documents, etc.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, including those with conflicting and recurring deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to deal with all levels of employees, management and clients
- Ability to complete assigned duties within deadlines despite interruptions
- Advanced organization, time management, workflow prioritization and follow through skills
- Adaptability to change in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must complete a pre-employment drug test
- Must complete a pre-employment criminal background check
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review timesheets/exceptions submitted by supervisors for consistency and accuracy
- Monitor, enter and correct data in the Kronos payroll system in a timely and accurate manner
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies as reported by assigned location
- Oversight of the station's Safety Management System (SMS)
- Monitor labor hours for assigned location on a weekly basis
- Maintain good rapport with airport personnel and management staff
- Review and maintain a variety of records, employee data, and reports
- Ensure local Payroll regulatory compliance
- Maintain Attendance Policy records including completion of CCAR letters for distribution to Ops Managers
- Maintain and ensure employee files are kept up to date
- Maintain updated employee badge lists, including becoming authorized signer
- Organization and scheduling, shift bids, vacation requests, special payments, etc.
- Maintain and project a positive and courteous image; respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public
- Assist Training department with compliance records
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed
- Perform other duties as requested
