As an Associate Project Manager on the WFS Hardware Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting tailored data collection solutions that address each client’s unique business needs. You'll collaborate with clients and lead your project teams to ensure successful delivery of our time clock solutions. Your efforts will have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of your clients' employees.
You will spend your day coordinating project milestones and key dates with clients and our technical consultants. An Associate Project Manager will be responsible for adhering to defined project scopes, monitoring associated budgets and ensuring project teams deliver on time. The individual should have a strong organizational skillset and is able to recognize trends that may cause a project to be unsuccessful and bring concerns to leadership. Additionally, you will continue to grow your consulting, technical, and client relationship skills while sharing your expanding expertise with clients and partners. Your insights will also contribute to continuous improvement by capturing client feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Create and execute project plans to deliver various delivery needs associated to WFS hardware
  • Assist with coordinating programmatic communications to WFS customers
  • Collaborate internally by possessing an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style to achieve support while implementing positive and successful change initiatives
  • Cultivate innovation, confidence and trust
  • Support associates with skills required for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a project management related field and/or client-facing role
  • Proven success coordinating multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Attention to financial management skills
  • Interest in sharpening their project management knowledge and learning the full software suite implementation lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role
  • Flexible and able to work evenings/weekends as needed for project go live activities
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, with potential for international travel
  • Associates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model. 

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
