Job summary:

The role support the continued growth of business, working cross-functionally with the commercial team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Update and report financial planning and actual performance in a timely manner
• Support forecasting process and review of plans
• Identify and analyse variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year financial results
• Support business unit for pricing, launch and profitable operation
• Ensure accurate customer credit management and channel / product contribution
• Support CAPEX and NWC management
• Support Head of Finance in internal control systems and internal & external audits
• Contribute to ad-hoc assignment like financial research, market analysis, or other strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Education/Training:

• University degree (preferable majoring in finance, accounting, business administration)

Experience/Competencies: 

• Less than 3 year experience in industry (sales and promotion business, consumer or pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry preferred), acquired in Finance or Accounting or Audit departments mainly within an international environment
• Good knowledge of the local context and more specifically, the consumer or pharmaceutical market
• Professional communication skills, with the ability to communicate respectfully
• Strategic mindset
• Self-starter and quick learner
• Highly required on English proficiency
• Good in MS office (Excel, PPT)
• Experienced in Smartview
