To operate table in Finishing Mode

To understand the Theory of Finishing

Basic computer skills

The ability to construct and interpret JIBS.

To perform all tasks requested by Finishing Team Lead Group Leader and or Finishing Area Manager.

To perform minor maintenance work.

To have the ability to understand the Trailer Card for Finishing information and instructions.

To act as a mature, responsible member of the Finishing Team.

To work on Process Improvement upgrades.

To participate on various department groups or committees.

To work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience preferred

High School Diploma
