We are looking for our next Logistics Executive team member to join our team at the Carole Park warehouse!
This is a Full time, permanent position.
This is an executive level position.
Shift times
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Primary Duties:
1. Inter-state transfer
- Process all incoming and outgoing interstate transfer request
- Check and request weekly interstate transfers
2. Pallets management
- Pallet control
- Maintain accuracy of pallet level
- Monthly pallets stock-take
- Maintain healthy Pallet’s transactions
3. Frozen Delivery arrangement
- Liaise with VIC Frozen team for delivery/return arrangement.
- Process stock adjustment when needed.
- Monitor stock level in main warehouse.
- Provide monthly stock compare result and stock holding BBD to HQ.
4. Inventory Control/Management
- Prepare/investigate for monthly stock compare
- Provide weekly short code list to warehouse for checking
- Check monthly stock adjustment prior sending to HQ
- Participate in annual stock take
5. Asian/Food Service ORDER ALLOCATION and DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT
- Food service transport company booking
- Assist with Asian/Food Service issues
- Investigate/process credit claim request
- Backup for Asian/Food Service order processing and TMS
6. Supermarket orders & EDI
- Back-up for Supermarket orders processing
- Assist with EDI issues
- Assist/monitor EDI order credit claim request
7. Container Management
- Backup of container management process
- Monitoring and managing containers
- Provide stock comparison of main warehouse and 3PL
Secondary Duties:
1. Provide assistance/guidance to others when needed
2. Assisting stock levels between Main warehouse and overflow warehouse
3. Monitor stocks transfer between main warehouse and 3PL
4. Any others task required by line manager
To be successful you will need
- Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia
- Chinese speaking is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in supply chain management/logistics
- Microsoft Office experience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must)
- A current driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- A great eye for detail and customer service skills
