The main days of availability required are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and weekends. • Visit clubs on weekends as needed and provide on-call support
  • Mentor new staff and support induction and training coordination

  • Manage rosters, schedules, timesheets, and incident reports using our internal systems
  • Maintain accurate records on staff, members, and club operations
  • Use data to monitor club performance, staffing needs, and class gaps

Membership Growth & Engagement

  • Promote strong member retention through quality service and clear communication
  • Build relationships with pool partners, councils, and local communities
  • Assist with club events, expos, and recruitment campaigns

New Club Development

  • Help identify new locations and support club launches in high-demand areas
  • Liaise with the Teacher Recruitment Team and Operations Manager to align staffing and launch plans

Work Pattern

  • Weekdays: Primarily remote, with essential availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • Weekends: In-person visits to clubs in your region as needed; otherwise, available on call
  • Monthly: Face-to-face visit to Sydney for team meetings (approx. once per month)
  • Occasionally: Attend Rainbow Club events like carnivals, expos, and training days

What You Bring

Essential:

  • Experience leading and supporting staff across multiple sites or programs
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Confident using systems for scheduling, reporting, and incident management
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel within the region

Desirable:

  • Background in swimming, disability services, or inclusive community programs
  • Experience with rostering, scheduling, or operational management
  • Familiarity with the NDIS or not-for-profit environments

Why Join Rainbow Club?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven, inclusive, and growing organisation
  • Enjoy flexibility with remote work and hands-on regional engagement
  • Access generous salary packaging benefits through our PBI status
  • Help make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities
