Job Description: 

  • Coordinate IP planning, onboarding, and integration for SoC programs across multiple sites.

  • Own and manage IP databases, tracking versions, PPA targets, configurations, and delivery schedules.

  • Interface with IP providers (internal and 3rd party) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

  • Ensure IP deliveries meet project milestones, quality checks, and integration guidelines.

  • Work closely with RTL, DFT, PD, and verification teams for IP usage planning, collateral exchange, and dependency management.

  • Track IP bugs, ECOs, and IP change requests, and maintain change logs and risk matrices.

  • Support SoC leads in preparing IP status reports, project dashboards, and escalation tracking.

  • Define and enforce IP delivery checklists, handoff criteria, and release processes.

  • Help automate IP tracking using scripting or project management tools (e.g., Excel macros, HSD, Jira, etc.).

  • Supports SoC customers to ensure high-quality integration and verification of the IP block. Drives quality assurance compliance for smooth IPSoC handoff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field with 15+ years' experience or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field with 13+ years' experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in SoC/IP design or integration, with exposure to IP tracking or coordination.

  • Familiarity with SoC design flows, IP integration requirements, and deliverables (e.g., RTL, timing, constraints, verification models).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple IPs/projects in parallel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an IP Program Management, Design Coordination, or Integration support role.

  • Knowledge of 3rd party IP licensing, version management, compliance and experience in writing functional SOWs.

  • Understanding of IP-level PPA trade-offs and SoC floorplan implications.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills to work across functional teams.

  • Platform Engineering knowledge.
