We partner with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing pricing, sales performance management, sales analytics and related sales-enabling technologies that result in a better understanding of where to focus and how to motivate sales teams to increase their likelihood of generating higher and more profitable sales.<br /> <br /> Canidium Solution Architects are responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects and supporting multiple customers. </p> <p dir="ltr">We are seeking a Solution Architect with <b>direct experience in Pricefx.</b></p> <p dir="ltr"><b> </b></p> <p dir="ltr">Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Lead all technical aspects of projects and support multiple customers</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Responsible for overarching design decisions, directions, architecture, and workflow for the Pricefx solution</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Assist with gathering, communicating and formalizing customer requirements in the form of user stories</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Lead the configuration of the Pricefx solution, using both the Pricefx native language and Groovy</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Manage Canidium and project team colleagues; collaborate with client and vendor stakeholders and SMEs to ensure project quality</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Mentor junior colleagues - transfer critical and unique knowledge and approach of the Pricefx SaaS solution</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Work with Pricefx Support to resolve technical issues</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Analyze and define the requirements for the integration of data from/to customer’s other IT systems</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Lead regression testing and quality assurance efforts of newly delivered and changed functionality</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">And all other duties requested by management</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><br /> Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Excellent leadership capabilities</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Problem solving &amp; analysis</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Communication proficiency</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Time management</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Presentation &amp; public speaking skills<br /> <b> </b></p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Skills &amp; Experience Needed:</p> <ul> <li>Direct experience with Pricefx</li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Minimum 5 years of experience</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles involving Java or Groovy</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Knowledge of the programming language Java, experience with Web Services, HMTL, and JavaScript, experience with enterprise software implementation projects</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Experience with pricing domain projects and with relational databases</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Experience serving in a large, global, complex company and/or working with large, global, complex clients</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to communicate with customers in-person, on conference calls and through email</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Skill with writing concise, effective communication to various audiences</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Experience with Agile project management and tools (we use Jira)</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><br /> <br /> This position can be filled by either a full-time employee or a contractor.</p>
