You’re unique, and we value that. As a Training & Deployment Specialist, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
- Plan, communicate with stakeholders and manage the successful deployment of our software package to new customers;
- Liaise with new customers to understand their software needs, and configure their new software accordingly before deployment;
- Prepare, practice and deliver system training in a variety of formats including group, remote and one on one for both internal and external customers;
- Use your training expertise to develop innovative and creative learning experiences for all user levels;
- Present our suite of medical software in an engaging, positive and simplistic manner to ensure an effective transfer of knowledge to users of all levels;
- Record deployment activities, and training sessions in our CRM and follow-up and manage training leads;
- Review new trends and tools being used in the industry;
- Conduct post-deployment, and post-training reviews to determine future training resource needs and identify areas for improvement;
- Stay abreast of product changes and adapt training plans and materials.
We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Relevant tertiary education, or equivalent industry experience, in Education, Training or related field;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
- Knowledge of instructional design and learning principals;
- Experience developing training material, including adequate knowledge of LMS/e-learning platforms;
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences;
- Comfortable speaking/presenting internally and externally;
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently within a multi-disciplined team;
- Strong computer literacy;
- Sound decision-making and organisational skills;
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels;
- Strong overall experience in our Bp products.
