Welcome to Curve. On a mission to help you live inspired.

As the sole Financial Controller on the ground at Curve Europe UAB—a Bank of Lithuania‑regulated EMI—you will own our entire Lithuanian finance function: from statutory and IFRS reporting to supporting the Compliance team with regulatory filings, tax oversight and audit coordination. You will serve as a principal liaison with external auditors and tax authorities, and partner with Compliance as the key contact for the Bank of Lithuania, ensuring every submission and control not only meets but exceeds legal and prudential standards. You will also manage our relationships with local suppliers—ensuring invoices are accurately processed and payments made on time.

While tax compliance is managed by our external advisers, you will oversee their work—integrating their deliverables and insights into both local and group processes. You will collaborate closely with Curve’s London Group Finance team to harmonise reporting systems and policies across jurisdictions, and work with the central Treasury team on safeguarding arrangements, liquidity planning and cash‑sweep operations.

This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a critical finance function within a dynamic fintech challenger. You will enjoy significant autonomy and make a direct, strategic impact on our compliance, operational efficiency and growth trajectory.
