Ocean Ports & Shipping (OPS), perteneciente al holding empresarial líder en el sector del transporte de mercancías y logística internacional ROMEU, busca un/a Port Agent en Alicante.

What will your functions be?

• Asistencia a buque en puerto: tanto física como en remoto en aquellos puertos que no se encuentran in situ.
• Preparación de proformas y seguimiento: Preparar y revisar los costes estipulados para las operativas solicitadas.
• Encontrar los mejores subagentes y negociar tarifas.
• Prefacturación: Preparar y revisar las facturas preliminares relacionadas con las operaciones de husbandry, carga y descarga, así como la prefacturación de la cuenta de escala de los barcos atendidos, asegurando que todos los servicios prestados estén correctamente reflejados.
• Documentación de la carga: Gestionar toda la documentación necesaria para el despacho de la carga, incluyendo conocimientos de embarque (B/L), manifiestos de carga, y otros documentos requeridos por las autoridades portuarias y aduaneras.
• Coordinación con otros departamentos: Colaborar con otros departamentos dentro de la empresa consignataria, como operaciones y logística, para asegurar que toda la información necesaria esté disponible y sea precisa.
• Atención al cliente: Proporcionar asistencia y soporte a los clientes, respondiendo a sus consultas y asegurando que sus necesidades sean atendidas de manera eficiente.

What are we looking for?

• Preferiblemente formación en Comercio internacional, Marina Mercante, Logística Marítima o áreas relacionadas.
• Experiencia previa de, al menos, un año en operaciones portuarias.
• Conocimiento en procedimientos y regulaciones marítimas y portuarias.
• Dominio de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión portuarias.
• Alto dominio de inglés y francés.
