- Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Manage key stakeholder relationships critical to supporting the product vision, strategy, objectives, discovery and delivery of program initiatives.
- Empower self and team to solve customer problems in ways that our customers love, and works for the business.
- Focus on outcomes not output and use data & metrics to measure success.
- Ensure commitment for dependencies across products both internal and external.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome product challenges, and provide transparency to stakeholders
- Adhere to JIRA standards including supporting documentation –maintain evergreen documentation for both current state as well as historic audit documentation
- Support quarterly increment planning with agility leads across all impacted parties
- Solicit constant feedback for continuous personal and product growth
- 5+ years of product management or relevant experience
- Experience with risk management and fraud prevention tools
- Self-motivated with a high degree of independence, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards success
- Excellent written/verbal communication and strong presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborates and can build strong relationships across the firm and with external partners, flexible with changing priorities
- Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
- Experience with API-based designs, Kafka driven architecture, JavaScript stack
- Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase Account Opening
- Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Be a postive culture carrier
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
