As a Product Control Vice President in our Finance Team, you will ensure the accuracy of profit & loss, balance sheets, and month-end close procedures. You will collaborate with us to drive innovation and implement robust controls. Your role offers the opportunity to work closely with trading desks and financial controllers, making a real impact on our financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce, prepare, and report daily P&L and risk.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management.
- Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new business initiatives.
- Coordinate across front & back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and timely.
- Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control.
- Handle various ad-hoc requests daily.
- Manage projects and initiatives related to the above, as well as larger cross-business programs.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 6+ years in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a strong control focus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Strong technical skills in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Solid understanding of financial products.
- Previous P&L or risk experience.
