1. Project Execution

• Planning, design, and execution of hydromechanical works including penstocks, gates, valves, and hoisting systems
• Ensure timely completion of hydromechanical components in alignment with overall project schedules and milestones

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of hydromechanical equipment at project sites
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians involved in hydromechanical works
• Allocate resources effectively and resolve technical or operational challenges on-site.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with internal departments, external consultants and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and approvals
• Identify potential risks in hydromechanical design and execution and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as IS, IEC, ASME, and environmental norms.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, technical issues, and resolutions
• Generate regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Qualification: BE/B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical engineering on regular basis.
• Exp: Minimum 15 yrs for BE/B Tech and 18 yrs for Diploma holder in hydromechanical works in Hydro/PSP.
