Deputy Manager

1. Technical Supervision & Execution

• Oversee and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of hydroelectric equipment such as turbines, generators, control systems, and switchgear
• Ensure all electromechanical systems are installed and operated according to design specifications and safety standards.

2. Team Coordination & Leadership

• Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, technicians, and contractors involved in project execution
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.

3. Compliance & Safety Management

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all electromechanical activities
• Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.

4. Project Support & Reporting

• Assist in planning and execution of project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Prepare technical reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

• BE/B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering on regular basis.
• Exp: Minimum 9yrs for BE/B Tech & 12 yrs for Diploma holders in electromechanical works in Hydro/PSP.
