Lead Generation Specialist (Growth Focused) - Contractual

Your Mission

• As our Lead Generalist Specialist, you will work directly with the founder to:
• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold email, and strategic outbound.
• Research new verticals, market trends, and decision-makers (ICP) across geographies.
• Build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hunter.
• Write compelling outreach copy tailored by industry and persona.
• Track responses and optimize for conversions using CRM and automation tools.
• Develop repeatable systems to scale lead generation month-on-month.
• Constantly experiment, test subject lines, outreach time slots, CTAs, etc.

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in outbound lead generation or sales development
• Are comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, or Smartlead
• Can research and understand different industries in 30 minutes or less
• Write crisp, conversational, personalized outreach messages
• Are process-driven, curious, and comfortable with rapid execution
• Thrive in ambiguity and can take full ownership without micromanagement
• Want to build character and get exponentially better every week
• Knowledge of outbound metrics and how to measure/optimize campaigns
• Ability to manage freelancers or VA to delegate low-level research tasks
