Findex are currently hiring for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Go-To-Market team as a Client Solutions Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position, flexible in location across Australia for the right person.
The Client Solutions Consultant (CSC) plays a vital role in supporting Findex’s growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities within our existing client base. Focused on under-serviced clients, the CSC is responsible for initiating contact, building rapport, and converting interest into qualified leads for our Wealth and Business Solutions Partners.
This role involves proactive outreach to existing Findex clients through pre-qualified contact lists, with the primary objective of securing qualified meetings for our Wealth Solutions team. As part of the broader Sales function, the CSC will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sales objectives and monthly KPIs, centred around meetings booked and attended, are consistently achieved.
What will your typical week look like?
- Engage with existing, under serviced clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel to the team of Wealth Solutions Partners
- Provide support to the Sales team by scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, creating customised plans for sales territories, and assisting with client presentations as required
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with client and prospects using CRM software

The successful person will meet the following criteria:
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing (bonus: social outreach experience)
- Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce
- Proven experience achieving targets and KPIs
- Self-starter, with a keen willingness to learn
