Contract
1. Supervision and Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical,
and Plumbing (MEP) activities within the park, ensuring alignment with
project plans and schedules.
- Manage and supervise MEP technicians and
subcontractors to maintain quality and timely completion of tasks.
2. Quality Control and Inspection
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations and
maintenance work to ensure compliance with specifications, standards,
and safety regulations.
- Identify and rectify defects or non-conformities
promptly to uphold quality standards.
3. Planning and Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed work schedules for MEP
activities, coordinating with other departments and contractors to
minimize disruptions.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to
meet project deadlines.
4. Safety and Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and
environmental regulations in all MEP operations.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment
(PPE) and safe working practices among the team.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of work performed,
inspections, and incidents.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to
project management and stakeholders.
6. Resource Management
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of MEP
materials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and prevent
delays.
- Manage team assignments and labor resources
efficiently.
7. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
- Provide technical guidance and support to resolve
complex MEP issues encountered during installation or maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and consultants
as needed for specialized support.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Recommend and implement improvements in MEP
processes and practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Stay updated on industry standards, technologies,
and best practices relevant to MEP systems.
