Associate Manager, Multi-Brand Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Manager to join our Multi-Brand Solutions team. In this key role, you’ll lead the execution and management of scalable, cross-brand initiatives designed to enhance the guest, owner, and operator experience. You will work across teams and with external partners to assess current programs, explore innovative solutions, and deliver impactful improvements—on time and with excellence. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator and creative thinker with strong organizational skills, a talent for building relationships, and a passion for problem solving.  

Your Day-To-Day 

• Lead the day-to-day management of 3–4 major initiatives, including facilitating cross-functional meetings, providing regular updates to leadership, and ensuring projects stay on track and on time. 
• Monitor and evaluate program performance by analyzing guest and operator feedback, along with relevant industry trends, to identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Drive the testing and validation of new solutions through close collaboration with vendors, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders. 
• Oversee the execution of solution rollouts by developing clear supporting materials, communications, and executive-ready presentations. 

What we need from you 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience 
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing / project management 
• Demonstrated or previous experience with complex project management is preferred, but not required 

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.  

The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $70,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
