The Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) team provides a full range of dynamic, evolving learning and performance solutions that enrich our colleague’s skills and knowledge, powering engagement and driving business results. We are a global team responsible for developing holistic learning strategies, designing innovative learning solutions, and delivering experiential learning experiences.
The Global Talent & Learning Strategy Manager will use performance consultation to understand performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions for business partners while contributing to and demonstrating the GLKM vision, brand, and value proposition in business partner engagements! We partner across GLKM plan and implement multiple strategic learning projects enabling Business Partner centered outcomes.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Consult with internal business partners to assess needs, recommend, prioritize, build, and deliver highly effective and engaging learning solutions in alignment with business objectives.
- Use business and data analytics to support decisions and prioritize work.
- Translate learning strategy into clear plans; coordinate and align resources and tasks across GLKM pillars and ensure comprehensive learning solutions are offered to improve performance and drive business outcomes. Ensure timely work completion & optimal GLKM cross-functional collaboration.
- Use performance data and engage a continuous feedback loop to inform training decisions and promote continuous learning.
- Effectively project manage learning plans and solutions to enable high quality outcomes, ensuring the involvement of appropriate clients and partners and timely completion within budget. Proactively identify project risks, analyze solutions, and mitigate, collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong consultative abilities coupled with demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and interest in pursuing new and unconventional approaches to addressing needs and closing gaps.
- Ability to understand and use business and customer data and colleague/learner insights to assess needs and inform annual learning plans.
- A self-starter, responsive to change in a dynamic environment, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong project management skills with proven record of successfully leading and implementing complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to influence without authority.
- Clear communicator with the ability to present effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and managing through making decisions with imperfect information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Utilizes networks inside and out, to build knowledge and identify best practices.
- Ability to analyze data from a variety of sources to identify trends and come to recommendations.
- Knowledge and experience with our Corporate and Merchant Services areas of the business is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
