Reliability Technician II

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports in stress testing for all product lines by performing inspections, data analysis, chamber loading, device investigation and debug

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support stress testing of devices, bench testing
• Perform, analyze, and document activities, including completion of reliability stress testing while maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process.
• Setup, operate, and stress testing of devices to assess product reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, operators and cross-functional teams to identify and address any reliability concerns related to stress testing
• Performs other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education / Experience
  • Graduate of a Technology course or any Electronics related course or equivalent is preferred.
  • Preferably with a semiconductor industry experience for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge in industry standard such as JEDEC specifications and AEC standards. 
• Skills
  • Knowledgeable in reliability testing and reliability specifications.
  • Knowledgeable in electronics, assembly processed
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical, methodological, dependable, independent and have good communications skills.
