Service all SME Clients / Segments for all their FX requirements and expand FX flow business to meet assigned revenue and coverage objectives.

Handle all client calls execute FX Deals and input in systems.
Service all clients to achieve individual and team targets.
Primary responsibility for developing new FX business for the Desk in order to meet assigned objectives.
Develop counterparty relationships and ensure competitive prices on FX and other products.
Adherence to all Product program and bank limits.
Adhere to all dealing room and credit limits so that no unauthorized exposure is taken.
Maintain code of dealing ethics and conduct to achieve industry standards.
Complete responsibility of raising service requests and resolve all issues on priority.
Execution and input of all deals and follow up if required.
Improve and excel in customer service experience.
Handle manage and fully understand all activities related to operational risk and BCP of the unit as per assigned deadline.
Handle all tasks related to deal cancellation end to end for different segments.
Act as back up for Senior Dealer.

Finance Manager / Director level contact with clients/Vendors and independent management of accounts.

Resolve all deal related issues without supervision for all clients and counterparties, liaising with operations and other segments where necessary with minimum response time.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility

Complete authority to determine pricing for clients in both FX and other products.
Authority to pass on better fills to customers on executed trades.
Authority to deal with any authorized counterparty and accept / reject quoted prices.
