• Achieve set annual growth targets for IMT transactions at agency locations.

• Provide comprehensive support to IMT sub Agents.

• Monitor and profile sub Agents to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.

• Implement anti-fraud and AML controls as per IMT partner requirements at the agency level.

• Contribute to the growth of IMT-related business and revenue.

• Lead initiatives to enhance customer service within the IMT channel.

• Support cost management efforts across operations.

• Facilitate onboarding and training of new sub Agents onto the IMT portal.

• Drive performance improvement across sub Agent networks.

• Serve as a key liaison between sub Agents and IMT partners.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

· Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in International Money Transfer (IMT) operations.

· Proven track record in sub-agent onboarding and support, including familiarity with Sub Agent Management (SAM) processes.

· Experience in handling customer queries, transaction disputes, and working with back office systems and IMT platforms.

Expereince 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business related field

• Skilled to present verbally and or in writing in multicultural environment

• Must be fluent in speaking and writing English. French is added an advantage

• Experienced to handle diverse personalities of different backgrounds with or without authority

• Computer proficiency, including keyboard skills

• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently, with minimum supervision and demonstrate a good level of maturity 

• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency

• Ability to work under pressure and within set deadline
