  1. Grow number of SME accounts and cross-sell digital products
    1. Manage SME relationships and overseeing transactions in order to minimize the dormancy rate and overdrawn accounts.
    2. Resolve customer’s enquiries and complaints to improve reduce CES and increase the bank’s NPS.
    3. Process SME Credit Applications within stipulated T.A.T 
    4. Monitoring SME Credit Facilities to ensure minimum Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
    5. Prepare Periodic Reports on overdrawn accounts, dormant accounts, and Loan pipeline and performance.
    6. Check the Authenticity of application documents and SME customer’s information in the bank systems (CBS, CQ, Cregora, etc.)  to Ensure KYC and A.M.L
    7. Perform and drive growth by conducting relationship-building conversations to identify customer’s banking needs, ensuring customer usage of a minimum of three bank products per customer, outbound calls, and acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships within branch/SME portfolio.
    8. Cultivate relationships with other departments and stakeholders to obtain and provide support customers. 
    9. Ensure all customers feel understood, informed, and confident in the bank and products/services offered.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  1. Bachelor's Degree Business related
  2. Professional qualification in Banking - AA
  3. Master's Degree - AA

Experience

Total Minimum No. of Years’ Experience Required - 3 including Sales, Credit appraisal and Lending, General Banking, Relationship Management, Team Leadership.
