PRODUCTION LEAD OPERATOR

• Assist the production Foreman in planning and projects, and suggest the proper manning on his line. 

• Coordinate with the Quality Inspector and set the machine along with the operator in order to respect the required specs of the finished products. 

• Assist the Production Foreman in follow up on the maintenance job request. 

• Assist the Production Line Setter in any size change.

 • Ensure all hygiene procedure including “hairnet, mask, gloves, hand sanitization) are being implemented correctly all the time on the floor. 

• Ensure training, safety and cleaning measures are observed on his line. 

• Train new people on his line and support them. 

• Report to Production Foreman machines breakdown to reallocate efficiently the available labor. 

• Recommend technical improvements on machines.

 • Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.

 • Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
