Lead Business Analyst (Assistant Vice President)

As a core member of our Data Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.    

Your Role:    

• Thoroughly document all data-related incidents, ensuring accuracy and completeness 
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis for each incident and identify patterns, trends across incidents to support strategic decision-making 
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (or similar) methodologies to optimize data incident management processes 
• Identify opportunities for improvement and strategic solutions to address systemic data quality issues 
• Develop and implement process improvements to prevent recurring incidents 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop long-term improvement strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data incident management 
• Create and distribute regular management reports on incident trends, resolution rates and process improvements 
• Design and implement dashboards to visualize data incident metrics 
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive consensus on improvement initiatives 
• Develop a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions and maintain incident response documentation and playbooks 
• Ensure all process improvements and strategic solutions are properly documented and report on the progress of improvement initiatives 

About You:   

• 5+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, or process improvement roles 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent experience 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Qlik) 
• Experience in financial services or data-intensive industries 
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices 
• Experience with data quality tools and methodologies (e.g., data profiling, cleansing, and validation) and with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) 

 

Salary Ranges:

3100 - 4500 EUR GROSS
